Farrah Abraham‘s controversial and dramatic return to “Teen Mom OG” has given the MTV reality series a big ratings boost,Starcasm reported on May 5.

According to the report, since Farrah returned to the show the ratings have been increasing each week. This could do to the fact that Abraham has a lot of fans that want to see her story continue to unfold on “Teen MomOG,” or that the haters of Farrah need some ammunition to dish about with their friends and online. However, the biggest factor is probably the drama Farrah brought back with her.

When Farrah Abraham came back to “Teen Mom OG” it was announced to all of the other co-stars. Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, who have had the most public feuds with Abraham in the past didn’t care much that she was back on the show, and Amber Portwood was glad about it, saying that she though Farrah should have been asked back in the beginning.

However, Maci Bookout, the fan favorite on the show was furious. She told MTV cameras that if Farrah was back then she was done with the show. Maci kicked cameras off her property and refused to film herself or her son, Bentley. Bookout later revealed that she didn’t have a personal problem with Abraham, but didn’t think it was appropriate for her son Bentley, 6, to be on a show with someone who “did porn on TV.”

Later, Maci decided to return to the show, but is no longer allowing little Bentley to be filmed by cameras. This is a blow to all the fans who loved watching Bentley Edwards grow up, and now everyone is wonder if the baby girl Maci Bookout is currently pregnant with will also be kept off the show.

Meanwhile, some big drama between Maci and Farrah has been going down on the “Teen Mom OG” after shows and is set to be documented on the series in an upcoming episode. It’s that drama that is likely the driving force behind Farrah’s ratings boost.
