Leah Messer has confirmed via Twitter that she’s leaving “Teen Mom 2.” Leah, who has been dealing with tons of drama in her personal life as of late, revealed that she would not be back for season 6 of the MTV reality series.
Leah Messer broke the news that she would not be returning for “Teen Mom 2” season 6 on Twitter by answering the tweet of a fan who asked her if she had plans to come back. “No,” the mother of 3 responded.
“Teen Mom 2” fans were definitely shocked to hear that Leah had decided to step away from the reality show, especially since she’s revealed she’s been having financial problems which have been greatly attributed to her daughter Ali’s health issues.
As of late Leah Messer has been dealing with some life changing situations. Firstly, she’s been accused of abusing prescription drugs, and rumors have been flying that she has a serious addiction, and may even be heading to rehab.
Then, Messer’s ex-husband, Corey Simms, who is the father of Leah’s twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, decided to file for custody of his daughters, leaving Leah stunned and saddened, but ready to fight to keep her girls.
Not long after that another shocker happened in Leah Messer’s world. Her husband, Jeremy Calvert took to Twitter to let the world know that Leah had been cheating on him with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd, the same man she cheated on first husband Corey Simms with, and that he would be filing for divorce. Leah later denied the cheating allegations.
“Teen Mom 2” fans stay tuned for more information, and it seems that while Leah Messer is fighting to keep her marriage together, Jeremy may not know what he wants, but no papers have been filed as of yet.
“Teen Mom 2” fans are saddened by Leah’s decision to leave the series, but the show will go on without her as her co-stars, Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, and Chelsea Houska’s lives are more than enough to fill up the shows.
Meanwhile, the original “Teen Mom” is set to return to MTV minus one member as well. Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood will return after the first of the year, with Farrah Abraham absent from the reunion season due to her choices to be active in the adult film industry.
