“Teen Mom” Jenelle Evans has filed assault charges against her husband, Courtland Rogers, E! Online confirms.

According to the report, Jenelle, who is pregnant with Courtland’s child, is also planning to divorce her husband of two months after he allegedly cheated, and ran off while she was in the hospital suffering pregnancy complications.

Meanwhile, the “Teen Mom” is staying strong, and has been released from the hospital. Jenelle Evans lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, reveals that if convicted, Courtland Rogers could be looking at jail time.

“She has taken charges out on her husband. The charges are assault on a female with an unborn child. They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get. He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge,” Sullivan said.

Jenelle Evans seems to be sticking to her guns this time around. Although Courtland Rogers admits he did betray the “Teen Mom,” he claims that he did not cheat, and that he still loves his wife.
